I was tasked with designing a premium mental health service platform from the ground up. Our mission was to create an intuitive and comprehensive application that provides luxury mental health service experience for both clients and providers.

Business portal features
We developed a comprehensive business portal to streamline administrative tasks:
Provider Selection for Clients
Admins can select and recommend three providers for each client, accompanied by personalized notes.
Session Management
The portal includes tools for managing session schedules and client accounts.
Tracking provider engagement and feedback post-session. We have also integrated session management into the platform, allowing providers to manage medical provider accounts.
App features
Following the initial wireframing and collaborative ideation, I have designed these features:
Provider Selection. The application allows clients to choose from a curated list of medical providers.
Appointment Scheduling. Clients can easily schedule appointments with their selected providers.
Patient Engagement. Post-booking, clients receive onboarding materials to help them prepare for sessions, understand what to expect, and plan their time after the sessions.
Website design
In preparation for launch we also worked on the website design along with the email communications and other necessary marketing assets.

The product was launched in beta and is currently being tested by the users.The startup was invited to the Canadian Trade Show after pitching the concept.
