CVS Pharmacy, a leader on American market, needed a new application to help users find the checkup events and manage follow-up care.
I was tasked with developing a new app for a pharmacy chain, focused on allowing users to easily book various health screening events. The goal was not just to streamline the booking process but also to boost user engagement and retention through features like symptom tracking and access to social worker support.
Being a new app, everything had to be designed from scratch with the user experience as the top priority. The app needed to provide a seamless booking experience while also offering tools to keep users engaged and returning. It was important to integrate features that made the app a health management tool rather than just a booking system, helping users track their symptoms and access professional support.
To ensure continued engagement, we introduced a symptom-tracking feature. Users could log their health symptoms, with the app providing reminders and suggestions for relevant health screenings based on their input. Additionally, we integrated a social worker support feature, allowing users to connect with AI chatbot for personalized health advice and guidance.
To enhance retention, we included educational resources about various health topics, ensuring users stayed informed and engaged between appointments.
